  • Replaced a fragmented process of text messages, spreadsheets, and manual POS entry with a single real-time CRM pipeline giving sales, packing, dispatch, and leadership live order status
  • Built deduplication logic to merge online and phone-in order intake into one opportunity record, eliminating duplicate orders across dual channels
  • Automated compliant ID verification via magic-link flow, with verified-status flagging so returning customers bypass re-verification
  • Implemented a pre-order calendar with capacity logic and defined delivery zones across two metro markets

  • Led the full website build for a residential brokerage, architecting a 30+ page site spanning brokerage, buyer, seller, and agent-recruitment sections
  • Built the site architecture from keyword research, prioritizing location pages by search demand across nine Tulsa-metro markets totaling 38,000+ monthly searches
  • Produced complete page-level wireframes with copy, SEO meta, layout specs, and developer notes for every page
